• Continuous care & support during your labor and birth
• Guidance & assistance with relaxation, breathing, and positions
• Assistance with breastfeeding
• Postpartum support

Services Include:

• Free Introductory Consultation
• Unlimited Support via phone call, text, or email during entire pregnancy
• Two Prenatal Sessions to provide education & emotional support
• On-Call 24-hour a day Support throughout the final two weeks before due date until birth
• Early Labor Support in your home
• Continuous Active Labor Support in your chosen birth setting
• Immediate Postpartum Support & Care
• Breastfeeding Support & Consultation
• One Postpartum Home Visit with whole food nutrition
• Weekly Postpartum Check-ins throughout the first 4-weeks postpartum
