Your due date is just an estimate! Your baby's hormone surge signals your body to go into labor. Waiting for labor to start naturally is the best sign that both your baby and your body are ready.

Nature teaches us to trust birth and our instincts. Just like rosebuds bloom at different times, each pregnancy is unique. Forcing open the petals of a rosebud early could damage it. Similarly, induction (forcing labor to start before it begins on its own) carries risks like more painful contractions, prolonged labor, and potential complications.
